Mirae Asset Foundation, in collaboration with TimesPro, has launched a specialized skill development program for youth from economically weaker sections. This initiative focuses on high-demand job roles in IT Help Desk and Banking Professional within the BFSI sector, aiming to equip participants with practical skills and enhance their employability.
Through this program, 177 candidates in Delhi have successfully completed training, with full sponsorship provided by Mirae Asset Foundation. Designed to align with industry standards, the courses emphasize hands-on learning and prepare young individuals for meaningful careers in technology and banking services.
Bharat Cares
Mirae Asset Foundation in partnership with Bharat Cares launched a Saksham Bharat BFSI Skill Development Program to equip 12th pass students, final year undergraduates, and graduates with employability and life skills for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector job market furnishing them with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in this continuously evolving sector. The short-term certification course is a specialized program enabling learners to secure jobs as Business Facilitators/Correspondents.
The partnership successfully facilitated training for students with Mirae Asset Foundation offering 100% scholarships to over 700 graduates from Ahmedabad and Pune.
Centum Foundation
Mirae Asset Foundation, in collaboration with Centum Foundation, has launched a dedicated skill development program for youth from economically weaker sections. The initiative focuses on high-demand job roles such as Mutual Fund Distribution, Customer Service Associate, Office Automation, and Data Analytics, aiming to equip participants with industry-relevant skills and improve their employability.
This partnership has successfully trained over 495 candidates across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Nagpur, with Mirae Asset Foundation fully sponsoring the program. Backed by state-of-the-art facilities, the courses are designed to upskill young individuals and prepare them for meaningful careers and better employment opportunities.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME
Mirae Asset Foundation, in partnership with Community Outreach Programme introduced a skill development for women empowerment through Beauty Skills Training Program in Mumbai. The program aimed at enhancing the quality of life of women from economically weaker section through increased knowledge and skills leading sustainable livelihood opportunities for women.
The partnership successfully trained over 330 candidates from Mumbai, with Mirae Asset Foundation providing a 100% sponsored program. This specialized course spanning of one year of personal grooming, make-up, skin treatment, hairstyling, and nail arts.
ID FinXpert Skilling Foundation
Mirae Asset Foundation partnered with ID FinXpert Skilling Foundation for providing livelihood training for youths from economically weaker section to impart quality education and training to students and make them job-ready to be absorbed by BFSI sector companies.
Mirae Asset Foundation in partnership with ID FINXpert successfully felicitated students where Mirae Asset Foundation has offered a 100% scholarship to 1000 + graduates from leading universities in Mumbai and Delhi for training in Industry recognized Chartered Financial Expert Certification (a short-term certification course which is a specialized course in banking, financial services and insurance industry) which will help the learners to get a job or become an entrepreneur in financial services. The students are trained through a 250-hour course covering aspects of banking, broking, investment, insurance and behavioural skills.
